Why is the Greek football team so Overrated?

Yes they are overrated at times. This is because they shocked everyone by winning Euro 2004. Nobody predicted this. They beat big teams including France and Portugal twice in dominating fashion. However most of those players are old or are gone. I cant see them winning anything for a long time.
