Why do Mexicans make such a big deal about the Gold Cup?

Panama made it to the semis in that Cup. Are you seriously trying to tell yourself that this is a hard cup to win? There's not even one good team in that cup. If we were good, we wouldn't keep on losing to Ghana at every single WC, so I'm not really sure what you're so proud of.
