Why are Black people being killed in Libya?

The war, there, in that area, dates back to biblical times. Noah had 3 sons, including Ham.His son's were assign to areas throughout the world. It was an agreement amongst them that whoever violated their assignment and fled to land wasn't there, would be a war for their son's son's and so forth. Ham i believe had 4 children. Anyways, one of them Canaan violated it it and there has been war there ever since.
