Help me figure this problem out please?

I'm trying to learn the song "Romeo and Juliet" by The Killers on guitar, and I'm using a tab where the capo goes on the 7th fret. Now the intro sounds flawless when i play it, so I'm guessing the problem isnt in the tuning, but then the chords sound so off. The tab im using for example only has 5 chords, (D, A, Bm, G, Em). but when i play the chords it does not sound right. yet there are comments saying it's the best tab for the chords in the song. Help, i really wanna learn this song, it's amazing.
