My guitar neck won't stop bowing?

i bought a Squier classic vibe 60's strat, and i left the guitar to be setup over night because the neck was extremely bowed. but as soon as i brought it home, the neck was bowed again within a week. so i took it in again for another setup. my repairman said the neck should be set, but the neck wont stop bowing and im getting alot of fret buzz. ive had the guitar for about a month and i have to adjust the truss rod everyday! what should i do?
