Is this guy that I know gay?

So I go to this acting class and the son of the main teacher is also in it. Initially, I thought he was gay. I mean, he plays the flute, he sings, he cooks, he wants to go to Juilliard, talks like a woman, and he has extremely feminine mannerisms. However, I looked him up on Facebook and it said that he was "interested in women". What do you guys think? I know that I shouldn't judge, but I mean, He's outrageously gay. Anyways, thanks!
