Acoustic vs. Electric guitar?

No and it's good that you feel guitar playing is easier on acoustic than electric. It's because since acoustic has alot more tension with the strings than electric, it's making your hand "stronger". Just practice acoustic more and you should be shredding like a pro on electric soon. I'm a electric guitarist, rarely play acoustic but acoustic is always good to learn first so it'll be easier for you on electric later.
