I want to set up rural IT centers in Ghana how can I get support?

I have completed polytechnic since 2008 and I have been trying hard to set up IT centers in the rural areas of Ghana to help the poor people to also get some knowledge in IT. But my efforts have not yielded any results since I can not just find any support
