Why are so many young women so fake and so outrageously egotistical with it ?

I hate wearig makeup, such a hassle to put on. To be honest some women need to wear makeup, gives them a confidence boost. The women who cake it on have a little issue when it comes to appearances as if the more you put on the prettier you will become same goes with tanning. Some girls just havent realized nice guys like real girls and jerks like tjevfake ones. To turn the tables its kind of like some guys who go to the extreme to get buff, some even get implants to appear buff, although it looks very fake. Some guys might want to do it to show off to the ladies but we all know that some of them can be meat heads. People will do the craziest things.
