Are there any white Ghanaians out there?

they may exist but its sort of rare especially in west africa; its more common in southern african countries like South africa which has the largest white population(9%) than any other african country in Africa but in Ghana there was no white settler communities or legit white ghanians like there was in Zimbabwe or south africa(even though Ghana was colonized by the British), the whites that are there, tend to be there for work in the embassies, business and etc, and some don't stay there permanently. So its rare to find a white Ghanian(excluding people doing businesses or working in foreign embassies), I never saw one when I went there so your friend has a point.
